מדריך Forgotten Hollow: קווסטים, מפלצות ומפות (רמות 39-60)

Forgotten Hollow הוא אזור חדש לגמרי, שלא קיים באף גרסה אחרת של MapleStory. זו מערה עם עיר פיות משלה, עשר מפלצות חדשות, הבוס Rotten Mushmom ו-15 קווסטים. הסיפור מתחיל ברמה 39 אצל Grendel the Really Old ב-Ellinia, וגם נגמר אצלו.

האזור נפתח ב-18 בנובמבר. לפי ה-Roadmap ש-Nexon הציגה ב-MapleStory Fest הוא חלק מעדכון נובמבר, ולכן היה סגור בהשקה הגדולה ב-21 באוקטובר. ב-9 בדצמבר מגיע גם Party Quest חדש של Forgotten Hollow, מרמה 41.

המפה של Zelya. Zelya היא פיית מערות שהעם שלה גר פעם עמוק בתוך המערה. היא ציירה מפה כדי למצוא את הדרך חזרה, ואיבדה אותה כש-Glowshrooms תקפו אותה. המפלצות קרעו את המפה לחתיכות. אתם אוספים את החתיכות ומביאים Raffle Petals כדי להדביק אותה. אחר כך מנקים את ה-Aqumanders וה-Echopuses שחוסמים לה את הדרך הביתה, אבל עוד מפלצות ממשיכות לצאת מעומק המערה.

Nyroth, Jaime ו-Daniel. Nyroth מנסה לייצר ב-Arcforge מגילת הגנה מ-Rafflesia Petals. הריקבון שבתוכם בולע את אש הפרזול, ומה שיוצא זה Scorched Arcon Scroll. הוא מבין שהמחלה היא רוע חי, ושולח אתכם לאלכימאי Jaime the Wandering Explorer ב-Decayed Tunnel III.

Jaime מגלה שהריקבון מגיע מברזל חלוד באדמה, שנשאר מהקרב העתיק של Tristan נגד ה-Balrog. הריגת 50 Echopuses מנקה את האוויר, אבל הרוע החי, Caligo, נמצא עמוק יותר.

Daniel the Scholar, מתווך ידידותי של הפיות, מחכה ב-Precipice of Darkness. Caligo בלע את ה-Arcon.
